We like a hill climb for improving cardio fitness and muscle strength. Climbing in nature is more challenging than a stair machine or elliptical trainer in the gym. Your body gets a workout on both the ascent and descent. Nature is more varied than gym machines, with steep and gentle slopes, big and small steps, and provides an agility and balance workout on uneven ground.
