This park includes the 65km Solitary Islands coastal walk on beaches and headlands. Dogs are not permitted in National Parks and Nature Reserves, but they are allowed in some areas of Coffs Coast Regional Park.
Walk from Woolgoolga village down beaches, over headlands and finish with an estuary wade to reach beautiful Moonee.
Walk south from Red Rock with the sun on your backs at low tide, past the ancient fish traps at Arrawarra to Woolgoolga.
